Exposomics

The exposome can be defined as the cumulative measure of environmental exposures and the biological responses to those exposures throughout one's lifetime, since conception.

In the exposomics module, we learn how environmental exposures, including chemical toxins in air, water, food, soil, and pharmaceuticals; and the light environment including artificial visible light and human-made sources of EMF); and more; affect our biology. We learn what steps to take to minimize toxic exposures, and how to aid our body in healing from these exposures so that we can function optimally.
